All domestic and international orders include free shipping. All orders will be shipped ground delivery. All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Customers may request faster delivery at customers expense. Ask us for details and options.

Once orders are processed customers will receive an email from Canada Post confirming shipping along with a tracking number.

Orders outside of Canada may be subject to additional custom fees,taxes and/or duties.

If the item you purchased arrived damaged or the size is incorrect you can exchange it for another size. No refunds will be provided. Since our pieces are unique and one of a kind we will do our best to provide you a replacement as similar but not exact in detail that you initially ordered. No two pieces are the same.

The exchange must be for the specific item that you ordered. If your item is damaged you can contact Original Copy so we can rectify the problem immediately.

The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for return items. Item must be returned unused and in same condition you received it and all tags still attached. Shipping cost are non-refundable
